De Stichting Nunchaku Nederland (SNN) is een rijkserkende sportorganisatie die is aangesloten bij de Federatie Oosterse Gevechtssporten (FOG), het NOC*NSF en de World Nunchaku Association (WNA).
Tijdens alle activiteiten georganiseerd door, of onder auspiciën van, de Stichting Nunchaku Nederland mag uitsluitend gebruik worden gemaakt van de officiële WNA safety-nunchaku die specifiek ontwikkeld is voor veilige sportbeoefening.
Deze officiële WNA safety-nunchaku is voorzien van de naam en logo van de World Nunchaku Association.
Aan de beoefening van de sport Nunchaku-do onder auspiciën van de Stichting Nunchaku Nederland zijn strikte voorwaarden verbonden:
- Het vervoer van de veiligheids-nunchaku mag alleen geschieden in een gesloten foedraal of tas.
- Het beoefenen van de sport Nunchaku-do mag alleen geschieden in besloten ruimten.
De bij de Stichting Nunchaku Nederland geregistreerde Nunchaku-ka ontvangt:
- Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan stages, wedstrijden en demonstraties.
- Periodiek orgaan Touché.
Inschrijving, indeling en betaling.
Met het verzenden van onze inschrijfformulieren geeft u aan dat:
- U akkoord gaat met de verplichting tot betaling.
- U SNN/WNA het recht geeft om foto’s vrij van portretrecht openbaar te maken.
- De inschrijving is pas definitief wanneer u een bevestigingsmail heeft ontvangen.
- Alle gegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld en niet aan derden overgedragen.
- Inschrijven van een groep gebeurt via de website.
- De online betaling wordt verzorgd door Mollie.com
- Indien u er voor kiest voor contant betaling (indien mogelijk), dient dit overhandigd worden bij aanmelding aanvang van het evenement.
- Een deelnemer jonger dan 18 jaar, verklaart met het accepteren van deze algemene voorwaarden, dat deelnemer toestemming heeft van de ouders of een meerderjarige voogd van deelnemer.
Annulering
Annulering kan per e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. plaatsvinden tot 3 weken van evenement (uitgezonderd van Duinrell weekend en inschrijving bond).
Bij annulering door de klant worden de volgende kosten in rekening gebracht:
- alle kosten die gemaakt zijn bij externe partijen (i.e. handelingskosten online betalingen)
Aansprakelijkheid
- De SNN/WNA/SMAP is niet aansprakelijk voor vermissing, beschadiging of diefstal van persoonlijke eigendommen.

Persoonsgegevens
- De door een Deelnemer verstrekte persoonsgegevens worden door de Organisator opgenomen in een bestand. Door deelname aan een Evenement verleent een Deelnemer toestemming aan de Organisator tot gebruik van de persoonsgegeven voor het verzenden van informatie aan de Deelnemer.
- Deelnemer verleent door het aangaan van de Overeenkomst toestemming aan de Organisator tot openbaarmaking van zijn naam en wedstrijdresultaten, bijvoorbeeld door middel van publicatie in dagbladen, via internet en Touché.
- Het plaatsen van een pasfoto in het SNN/WNA paspoort.
Uitzonderingen (gegevens welke gebruikt worden door derden)
De Stichting Nunchaku Nederland is aangesloten bij de Federatie Oosterse Gevechtsporten (FOG)
Elk jaar draagt de SNN een bedrag per lid af aan de FOG. De FOG vraagt hierbij een overzicht van alle leden van de SNN.
Dit overzicht bevat de volgende gegevens:
- Naam
- Adres
- Postcode
- Woonplaats
- Geboortedatum
- Geslacht
De Stichting Nunchaku Nederland geeft adresgegevens door aan drukkerij Muller voor het produceren van adresstickers t.b.v. het orgaan de TOUCHÉ.
Deze adresstickers bevatten de volgende gegevens:
- Naam
- Adres
- Postcode
- Woonplaats
Wij benadrukken dat persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor bovenstaande punten worden gebruikt en niet voor andere (commerciële) doeleinden worden verstrekt.
We verkopen jouw gegevens nooit aan derden.
SNN/WNA heeft deze privacy verklaring opgesteld om aan te tonen dat wij uw privacy zeer serieus nemen. Het onderstaande zet uiteen hoe wij binnen de website met uw persoonlijke informatie omgaan.
Alle gegevens die door SNN/WNA worden verzameld, zullen strikt vertrouwelijk bewaard worden en zullen niet worden uitgeleend, verhuurd of verkocht, noch op een of andere manier worden openbaar gemaakt. De informatie die u aan SNN/WNA geeft, zal met de grootst mogelijke zorg behandeld worden. Het doel van het registreren van persoonsgegevens door SNN/WNA is om uw bestelling op een juiste manier te verwerken en om u op de hoogte te kunnen houden van alle ontwikkelingen rond onze sites.
Deze privacy policy is niet van toepassing op websites van derden waar op onze site naar verwezen wordt. Wij adviseren het privacy beleid van deze derden op de betreffende websites te raadplegen.
Onze site maakt gebruik van zogenaamde cookies. Cookies bestaan uit een standaard internet technologie die het voor ons mogelijk maakt om bepaalde log-in informatie op te slaan en te ontsluiten op het systeem van de gebruiker. Cookies kunnen niet worden gebruikt om personen identificeren, maar slechts machines. Elke bezoeker kan zijn/haar computer zo instellen dat er geen cookies worden geaccepteerd.
SNN/WNA gebruikt beveiligingstechnieken om het verlies, verminking of enige andere aantasting van informatie te voorkomen. SNN/WNA zal naar aanleiding van een verzoek elke geregistreerde bezoeker (en zijn of haar persoonlijke gegevens) uit onze database verwijderen en of inzage geven in zijn of haar gegevens.
Indien gewenst kunt u gebruik maken van het recht uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te exporteren, te wijzigen en/of te verwijderen. Als u hier gebruik van wil maken of vragen heeft over deze privacy verklaring, of de site van SNN/WNA, dan kunt u contact met ons opnemen.
Veiligheid:
De inschrijf module van SNN/WNA maakt een beveiligde verbinding tussen uw computer en onze webmodule (Server in Nederland) indien er een webpagina wordt opgeroepen waarin u persoonlijke gegevens kunt achterlaten zoals tijdens registratie en inloggen. Hierdoor kunnen derden geen gegevens onderscheppen.
Alle betalingen worden op de beveiligde omgeving van Mollie (www.mollie.com) uitgevoerd.
Wij gebruiken cookies om het gebruik van onze webwinkel te faciliteren. U kunt deze cookies uitzetten via uw browser maar dit kan het functioneren van onze website negatief aantasten. Wij plaatsen verder cookies op uw computer om te voorkomen dat u een bepaalde advertentie te vaak te zien krijgt. Deze cookies zijn niet verbonden aan een profiel over u.
Via onze website wordt een cookie geplaatst van het Amerikaanse bedrijf Google, als deel van de “Analytics”-dienst. Wij gebruiken deze dienst om bij te houden en rapportages te krijgen over hoe bezoekers de website gebruiken. Google kan deze informatie aan derden verschaffen indien Google hiertoe wettelijk wordt verplicht, of voor zover derden de informatie namens Google verwerken. Wij hebben hier geen invloed op.

General
The Stichting Nunchaku Nederland (SNN) is a state-recognized sports organization and is affiliated with the Federatie Oosterse Gevechtssporten (FOG), the NOC*NSF and the World Nunchaku Association (WNA).
During all activities organised by or under the auspices of the SNN/WNA only the official WNA safety nunchaku, specifically designed for safe sports practice, may be used.
The official WNA safety nunchaku has the name and logo of the WNA on it.
There are strict requirements to practice Nunchaku-do under the auspices of the WNA.
- The transport of the safety nunchaku may only occur in a sealed case or bag.
- Practising Nunchaku-do is only allowed in confined spaces.
When registering with the WNA the registered user gains access to:
- The possibility to partake in seminars, competitions and demonstrations.
Registration and payment.
By submitting this registration form you declare that:
- You agree with the obligation to pay.
- You give SNN/WNA the right to publish pictures free of portrait right publically.
- The registration is not finished until you receive an e-mail of confirmation.
- All information will be dealt with confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
- The registration of a group must happen through the website.
- The online payment will be done through Mollie.com
- If you choose to pay cash then the payment needs to be done before an event commences.
- A person younger than the age of 18, declares that, by accepting these general terms and conditions, he/she has the permission of their parents or legal guardian.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within three weeks until the event (exceptions are WNA registration and the Duinrell Nunchaku weekend).
In the case of cancellation the following costs will be charged:
- All costs made by external parties (like handling fees for online payment).
Accountability
- The SNN/WNA/SMAP is not accountable for the loss, damage or theft of personal properties.

Personal data
- The personal data provided by a participant will be stored in a file by the organisation of the event. By registering for an event, the participants grant the organisation permission to send information about the event to the participant.
- By registering the participants grants permission to use the name and competition results in for an example publication in newspapers, internet and the Touché.
- A photo will be used in the WNA passport.
We would like to emphasize that personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes mentioned above and will not be used for other (commercial) goals.
We will never sell your data to third parties.
SNN/WNA has created this privacy statement to show that we take your privacy very seriously. Next, we will elaborate on how we will handle your data on this website.
All data collected by SNN/WNA will be saved with strict confidentiality and will not be lent, rented or sold, nor will it be made publically in another way.
The data that you give to the SNN/WNA will be treated with the utmost care. The goal of collecting personal data by the SNN/WNA is to register your order correctly and to keep you updated on developments on the website.
This privacy policy does not apply to websites of third parties that are linked from this website. We advise you to check the privacy policy of those third parties as well.

The registration module of the SNN/WNA creates a secure link between your computer and our web module (which is located on a server in the Netherlands) where you can register and log in using personal data. This secure link will block third parties to intercept this data.
All payments will be done on a secured area of Mollie (www.mollie.com).
